The rail benders listed are designed for use on light rails ( 12, 20, 25, 30, 40, 60, 80, 85, 90, 100RA, & 100RE lbs./yd.) Rail benders for heavier rail are also available. Please inquire.

Integral Hydraulic Rail Bender

Integral Hydraulic Rail Benders are of the double hook type with a 25 tone capacity hydraulic unit so placed to give direct 90 degree pressure against rail head between hooks. The underlipped hooks of the frame have convex bearing surfaces to prevent crawling of the rail.

Designed for easy fast economical service in mining and industrial fields, the hydraulic benders are much easier to use than the manual Jim Crow type.

Do not use operating bar other than furnished

Remote Hydraulic Rail Bender

Remote Hydraulic Rail Bender has the double hook design with large 50 ton ram and remote pump. Big power reduces effort on the handle, saves times, and reduces wear on the unit.

No. 2-H-50 60-lb to 80-lb to 85-lb 170 lbs.
No. 3-H-50 40-lb to 60-lb 127 lbs.
No. 4-H-50 25-lb, 30-lb, & 40-lb 117 lbs.
Caution: Check tool each time for abnormal wear and fatigue. Replacement parts available. Do not stand or jump on handle. Do not use extension or "cheater" on handle. Not recommended for use on heart treated or special section rails. Rail temperature should be 70 to 80 degrees F before attempting to bend it.
